Adult women are also at risk for RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) when they add intense exercise to a busy life. It is not a triad of three entities of energy availability, menstrual function and bone health, but rather a syndrome resulting from relative energy deficiency that affects many aspects of physiological function including metabolic rate, menstrual function, bone health, immunity, protein synthesis, cardiovascular and psychological health.

Each call will take place on Zoom, it will also be recorded for you with lifetime access to it on each Wednesday staring January 30th, 2019 @ 12-1 pm for and 6pm Eastern Standard Time to accommodate you with flexible options. Sunday at 12pm may be an option as well.
